Handlettering by Paul Shaw via typornography and eye blog. Ha! I am so consistent in what I love it scares me sometimes! I was searching for more of Paul's work and hit on myfonts to learn that he is the designer of Beata, Donatello, Cresci, which has the descending Q like Trajan that I adore, and Pontif, which may just be my new obsession. It's so New Yorker W /tombstone-ish Roman.I realize I need to learn alot more about type and its origins. I use type all day. I should know who designed them and when.
