Tropical Rain at El Morro
We were headed to the fort called Castillo San Felipe del Morro on the tip of Old San Juan to take some photos. The rolling grasses were pretty much empty and it was a great time to take pictures, but the skies were a bit ominous. Before we got very far, the sky broke open and the rain came down. People scattered everywhere, but we stayed under a tree and waited. It was nice and warm and the birds were playing in the water. All was good. I love the ocean-side cemetery... a bit macabre but glorious. I know you only were in PR for a brief couple days but you truly drank it all in (no pun intended). :-)
the seaside graveyard truly stopped me in my tracks. I have never seen such a thing, but I know if i go whole, i wish to be seaside...
